So, perhaps you love pink like I do, but you're looking for a more sophisticated take. You're in luck, because in the coming season we are going to be seeing more and more Blush Pink. This toned down version of a soft girly pink tends to have just a touch of brown, for an earthy neutrality that pleases.

With rays of sunshine sending the runway into an orangey-glow, Cacherel brought the rose-colored hammer down with their spring 2011 collection.
Artistic Director, Cedric Charlier, has been revamping the house of Cacherel for over a year now, charging this sunny showcase with the theme of "Optimism".
Thick retro sunglasses and orange-filtered light speak of radiant spring days where these unassumingly blushing pieces seem to pop up from the ground with a freshly thawed softness. Simple blouse and skirt sets make a nice transition from the comfort-food knits of winter, and strappy sandals open it up for the pleasantly changing season.

This shade of pink seems to plea for simplicity and elegance without ever seeming too plain.
What do you think; will blush be on your palette for spring?
