They say you can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl, and they're darn-tootin' right!

Even with my affinity for red lipstick and prim pencil skirts, those California country roots start to show whenever I hear a banjo play or spy some hot leather jacket with fringe trim at a Western-supply store.
 
This summer and fall, get back to rugged independence, boho-prints, cow girl boots, Southwestern spice, floor-sweeping prairie dresses, free-falling feathers, dangling fringe accents, sunny skies, an open road and an adventurous heart.
