The 65th Annual Cannes Film festival just kicked off its eleven-day event, bringing actors and filmmakers from far and wide. While we’re definitely excited for upcoming films, we’re even more interested in what our favorite stars are wearing!

From Jessica Chastain to Fan Bingbing, the styles were gorgeous giving Cannes a very fashionable start!

Eva Longoria looked absolutely stunning in this Marchesa gown with a beautiful train. I choo choo choose this as a favorite look!

Jessica Chastain's red locks wow against her sparkly white gown, while Marion Cotillard looks sultry and sweet in her chiffon gown.

Model Natasha Poly wore one of my favorite looks from Gucci's runway, and the blush-colored gown Naomi Watts wore also brought some train love.

Actress Chen Ting Jia's gown was really a showstopper, especially when she turned around. Wowzas!

Diane Kruger looked perfectly elegant in her flowing gown, while Freida Pinto looked pretty in her pink beaded dress.

Last, but not least my favorite Fan Bingbing arrived in a beautiful beaded number. According to Red Carpet Fashion Awards, her hair was styled as a symbol of the Tang dynasty’s noble women and the gown was embroidered with stories of the four beauties of ancient China. I'd love to see it in person!

If you've missed our little segments on Chloë Sevigny, then let us all hold hands and worship this ultimate '90s It Girl for what she is really known for: her grungy '90s style. From floral rompers, baby tees (I've got my fingers crossed that baby tees are coming back) and sexy zebra prints and hot pants, Chloë has always rivaled the edginess of her onscreen roles by the edginess of her look.

Fashion Star: Actress Fan Bingbing's Flawless Style

Every once in awhile, a starlet comes onto the scene with a style that deserves an encore.

Allow me to introduce you to Chinese actress Fan Bingbing. She's on this month's cover of Vogue China and is already a huge star in her home country. She's edging her way into American films and has already earned some notability as a style maven on American red carpets and aces it every. Single. Time.

So let's get to know my new style crush, Fan Bingbing!

Fan Bingbing channeling her masculine and femnine side for Vogue. She looks amazing!

Most people would be overpowered by such a strong look, but Bingbing holds her own and looks so elegant.

From red carpet to the street, Bingbing can do no wrong. Yeah, I want those glasses.

Bingbing is a master of retro hair. Here she is channeling Lucille Ball in Louis Vuitton.

Bits of quirkiness (like this clutch with an attached heart) are what keep me so interested. She really looks like she has fun with her style.

Taylor Swift for Vogue

Who doesn't love Taylor Swift? How can a girl that famous, that pretty, that rich, be so down-to-earth??? Well if you're looking for ammo to build a case against her, the February issue of Vogue's got nothing for you. If, however, you'd like to ooo and ahh over a gorgeous collection of photos of Miss Swift looking ah-mazing, then you're one lucky girl (or boy, I guess).

I'm SO in love with the hippie-boho-rocker feel of this shoot. Makes me want to go home and watch Almost Famous.

So, now I feel kind of shallow because all I really care about is the pretty pictures. The thing is, the interview is actually totally worth reading as well, so I really must recommend checking out the whole darn article.

Alexa Chung's 24 Hour Catwalk Series Premiere

So, did you hear that Alexa Chung has a new show? And this time it's all about fashion?? Yes!!!! 24 Hour Catwalk premieres tonight (Tuesday, January 10th @ 10/9c), and let me just tell you why my DVR is set to record.

Yeah, it's kind of another Project Runway (which just premiered an "All-Star" season), but trade Heidi for Alexa, and trade Michael Kors & Co for designer Cynthia Rowley, fashion editor Derek Blasberg (New York Times best-selling author, Editor at Large for US Harper's Bazaar, and Senior Editor of V, and VMan) and publicist James LaForce, (a "highly-regarded media and communications consultant"). Alright, I'm on board.

Now, instead of a whole cast and a whole season, we get four new designers per episode (slashed to two after a "first cut" elimination challenge), who have 24 hours (a-ha!) to complete a full runway collection. The prize: $10,000. Not bad. Also, the designers are provided with a "talented and opinionated" sewing team to help them make it to the finish line. Cue the drama. Add in some mystery trunks, and we've got a healthy blend of everything I love to see in my reality TV queue.

Site to See: Kid Casting

Oh, Kid Casting. Just another reason to love the internet.

Why? Because as founder Dave Shumka writes, "You know when a movie has a flashback and you see the character as a kid? Sometimes that's awesome."

Some are cute, some are weird, funny, or remarkably similar (Once Upon a Time in America, whoa), and others, remarkably not. Either way, once you start looking, it's pretty darn difficult to stop.

Another cool thing that happens: occcasionally you'll recognize both actors, like Jennifer Connelly in Once Upon a Time in America (above), Camilla Belle as little Sandra Bullock, or even the annoying kid from those Santa Clause movies (just knew he had to make an appearance) as little Robert Downey, Jr.

And, because I just don't feel like waiting 'til Thanksgiving to get into the holiday spirit:

If there is one celebrity out there who knows color, it's Nicki Minaj. This flamboyant pop princess is never seen in anything duller than candy pink lipstick and highlighter-stricken hair, so O.P.I releasing a series of nail color based on Miss Minaj was an obvious choice, right?

Like a kid in a candy store, we are being treated to six fantastic new colors with all the flair of Nicki, and using her song titles to boot. The sad part, though . . . they won't be released until January 2012. (Boohoo!)
