How do I purchase and send a LuLu*s Gift Card?
Purchasing a LuLu*s Gift Card is easy! Simply click here to be directed to our Gift Card page.
Once there, fill out the form with the recipient's name and email as well as the amount of the Gift Card and an optional personal message. Once you have finished the form, click the Add to Bag button. The gift card will then be added to your bag like a regular item. The recipient will receive the virtual gift card via email once you have paid for your order. Please note that all LuLu*s Gift Cards are VIRTUAL, and no physical card or gift card will be mailed.
What is LuLu*s Online Credit, and how do I get it?
Online credit is a type of virtual fund that can be applied to a future order. LuLu*s online credit may be issued for a variety of reasons and in varying amounts. Please feel free to contact our customer care representatives with any questions or concerns at Sales@lulus.com or 1-866-918-5858.
How do I redeem LuLu*s Online Credit?
Please Note: Customers new to LuLu*s will need to create a new account in order to redeem online credit.
How can I obtain the balance of my LuLu*s Online Credit?
Anytime there are funds in your account, you can apply them to your order at checkout. If you would like to adjust the amount that is applied to your order, you may do so by adjusting the amount and selecting Redeem.
