What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My LuLu*s link at the top of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 1-866-918-5858 immediately after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My LuLu*s link at the top right of the page and logging into your LuLu*s account.

What happens if my package is undeliverable?
When a package is refused or undeliverable, the shipping company will charge LuLu*s for the return delivery cost. If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you would like to have your package re-shipped, please contact customer care at 1-866-918-5858 M-F 9am-5pm to coordinate shipping. If you would like to cancel your refused/undeliverable order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

Order Status
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take one to two (1-2) business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.

To check the current status of your order or to view your order history, use the following steps:

  1. Sign In to your LuLu*s account.
  2. Go to the My LuLu*s icon at the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Scroll down and click on the Order History link.
  4. Scroll down to view your previous orders and click on the order number to display the order details.

Tracking Your Order
You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.

Modifying Your Order
Here at LuLu*s, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order.

If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications or shipping changes. Please call us immediately at 1-866-918-5858 if you require a change.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order. However, shipping changes may still be made via phone at 1-866-918-5858.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the contents of your package or the method of shipping. Address corrections may still be possible depending on the destination of the package. Additional fees may apply.
