USA Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping typically take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $5, and orders over $50 shipped within the Contiguous United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options to ensure you receive your LuLu*s order when you need it. All expedited orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2:00 p.m. EST) will be processed the same day pending credit card verification. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Contiguous United States. Please contact customer care if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 5 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date. For orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery. 

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following day.

For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $5. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-918-5858 or Sales@lulus.com with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.

How much does it cost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $11. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.

What are the shipping charges for using the UPS Return Label?
We offer Free Return Shipping if you use our UPS Return Label within 7 days of receiving your order. The item will need to be mailed on or prior to the 7th day of receiving your package. After the 7th day, you may use our UPS Return Label at a cost of $7, which will be deducted from your merchandise refund. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend printing out the return form for each order online and including each form inside the return package.

If all orders are postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt, return shipping with the UPS Return Label will be free. If any items are returned after 7 days of receipt, the return shipping charge of $7 will be assessed.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 1-866-918-5858 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped UPS charges an $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

Orders over $50 qualify for Free Ground Shipping within the Contiguous US.

All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. The day your order is processed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select. We offer UPS Ground Shipping, 3 Day Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Shipping (next business day after shipped). UPS is our preferred shipping carrier, and a physical address will be needed during checkout. Per request, we can ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Please note: Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 5-10 business day UPS Ground service.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS, and the average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days. Please contact customer care if you would like expedited shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Credit card processing may take 1 to 2 business days. All purchases are subject to verification with the financial institution and/or card holder, which may take up to 5 business days for approval. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified via email or phone.

Ground Shipping
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 3-5 business days and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

2nd Day Air
All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

3 Day Shipping
All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Overnight Shipping
All Overnight orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

  • Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18 return cost
  • 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7 return cost

Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose.

If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

Will there be duties and taxes due on my order when it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by the Canadian government. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs
