Sales tax
Purchases made in California will include a 7.25% California sales tax.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Modifying your order
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow return/exchange instructions for an online credit.

Out of stock items
Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you have ordered. You will receive an email advising you of any out of stock items. Don’t be sad, we update our site daily with stuff that you will love.

Gift wrapping
In order to have an item gift wrapped you will need to call our toll free customer service line at 866 918 5858 Monday through Friday 9-5 PST. Gift wrapping is an additional $4.00 per item. Some items may be too large to gift wrap. We are happy to include a Lulu’s gift tag on which you will have up to 30 characters to write a personal message.
