      NOT true to size and cheap feeling

      I ordered a small and smalls usually fit me perfectly in all brands (im 5.3 around 105lbs). this dress however, the top white half was ridiculous loose fitting. even when i closed the clasps in the back, it would just go undone; thats how large this dress runs. the mint color is cute but the material is very "forever 21" for a $59 dollar dress. i expect something someone decent for that price point. very disappointed and will be returning since...
