  Cute! But top is a little loose.

  "It fits nicely, but the top part could be a little tighter. When I let my arms hang down, the cut out has a little fabric that could overlap, but the skirt fits me perfectly (I have a larger bottom). It's still really cute, and I'm definitely going to keep it though!"
