  "I bought this dress for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The fuchsia top part looks amazing with the black flowy high-low skirt. The cute little bow that ties in the back and the cut outs on the side give the dress a touch of sexy and elegance. The bow also allows you to fit the top portion to your body type.   "This dress fits nicely everywhere except in the waist! I always wear a small but oh my, I can't breathe in this one! I am reordering it in a medium because besides the suffocation....its great! I suggest going up a size!"
