Upon further examination, we find the Passing the Bars Black Shift Dress guilty of total cutout cuteness! Silky woven dress has a swingy shift shape with a modified halter neckline that breaks into strappy cutouts along the decolletage and back, with a double top button closure up top. Invisible back zipper/hook clasp. Fully lined. Model is wearing a size small. 100% Polyester. Hand Wash Cold.

      Great!!!

      When I order dresses I'm usually a medium. I purchased this dress, medium in Navy Blue. I'm kind of curvy so it's a little tight, but it shows off my good curves. And I LOVE IT!!!!! It has the cutest cutout top and I love the neckline. All in all, this dress is perfect.

      pretty

      I am a bit slender so the small felt a bit loose on me but dress is still really pretty! Love the color, unique neckline, and the soft and silky material.
