An Easy S’mores Cocktail Recipe

By Stephanie Simmons

Long live S’mores season! The beloved graham cracker-chocolate-marshmallow sandwiches are a classic outdoor treat, and a camping fave, which makes them ideal for summer and fall.   If you don’t have access to an open flame but want that sweet, toasty flavor, a S’mores cocktail is your craving cure.

S’mores are the perfect treat to make any time of the year, but they have a special cozy feel that makes them perfect for the transition to cooler days, crisp fall leaves, and bonfire nights.  This S’mores Cocktail is chilled though, so it’s perfect for those of us who may only be dreaming of cooler temps.

These sweet cocktails with vodka are so easy to make–but still completely stunning!  Start bydipping your glass rims in chocolate syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Shake up vodka and chocolate liquor, and pour over a puddle of chocolate syrup in the bottom of each glass.

Top this indulgent cocktail with whipped cream, toasted mallows, chocolate, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Toasting your marshmallows first adds a fancy campfire feel to this drink. (You can toast them on a  cookie sheet under your oven’s broiler or use a blow torch for that true campfire char!) I can almost guarantee these cocktails will make you the hit of any gathering–and put you in an autumnal state of mind, no matter the temperature outside. Tap through for the recipe!
