Say hello to your new summer love, Strawberry Coconut Frosé. This is the perfect summer drink recipe–it comes together with barely any effort while still being thick, creamy, and incredibly refreshing. Ready to learn how to make frosé? Of course, you are.

We’re simply blending frozen strawberries with your favorite rosé and a little coconut rum for a sweet summer sip. Pour it into chilled glasses, then garnish with a strawberry for a polished finish. There’s no better way to beat the heat than a frozen drink made in minutes.

Now, let’s talk tips and customization ideas! Be sure to slice your strawberries a bit if they’re huge, or if you don’t have a super-strong blender. You can also make this recipe with any other frozen fruit that you like, or even a mix of frozen fruits. Strawberry peach, strawberry blueberry, and strawberry mango all sound like delicious combinations, not to mention the perfect way to give some life to those half-full bags of frozen fruit in the back of your freezer. Don’t like coconut rum? Try lemonade or limeade in its place for a delicious twist on this frozen delight. Have fun customizing this frosé recipe to fit your tastes!

As always, this recipe can be scaled up or down to fit your desired yield. Make a small batch or enough to feed the neighborhood at your summer barbecues! You can even freeze this mixture in Dixie cups and insert wooden popsicle sticks to make fun, homemade boozy popsicles. The possibilities are blendless (see what I did there?) so scroll on for the recipe. Happy summer!
