I am Christine from Hello Fashion. I typically blog about\u00a0fashion and share my street style, but once in awhile, I like to share a\u00a0DIY when I&#8217;m feeling crafty. Fall is one of my favorite seasons, not\u00a0only because of all the beautiful scenery, but I love decorating for the\u00a0holidays. Today I am so excited to share with you my DIY Glitter\u00a0Pumpkin. This is a super easy craft, just be ready for a glitter party \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h2>Materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pumpkins<\/li>\n<li>Mod Podge<\/li>\n<li>Foam Brush<\/li>\n<li>Glitter<\/li>\n<li>Tape<\/li>\n<li>Paper Plates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Clean and dry the pumpkins.<\/li>\n<li>Tape design on pumpkins.<\/li>\n<p>I chose to do a dip dye look for this set. I have also done a chevron\u00a0print which is cute, but the dips are my favorite. For the dip dye look,\u00a0just wrap tape around the pumpkin so you have a clean, crisp line.<\/p>\n<li>Paint a thick layer of mod podge on the sections you want to be\u00a0glittery.\u00a0I have found foam brushes work the best and they are the least\u00a0expensive, but any brush works.<\/li>\n<li>Generously sprinkle the glitter onto the mod podge. I\u00a0like to put a paper plate under the pumpkin as I&#8217;m sprinkling so it&#8217;s\u00a0easier to pour the excess glitter back in the container after (it also\u00a0helps with the mess). You want to dump the glitter on pretty thick; a\u00a0lot of it sprinkles off at first.<\/li>\n<li>Shake off any excess glitter and touch up any spots you missed.<\/li>\n<li>Let your pumpkin completely dry.<\/li>\n<li>Paint a top coat of mod podge on your dry pumpkin to help seal the\u00a0glitter.\u00a0This will help keep the excess glitter from falling everywhere. They\u00a0also have a spray mod podge that works to seal it and is a little less\u00a0messy, but I just used the same one I applied to the pumpkin.<\/li>\n<li>TADA!
