If you&#8217;re even a little bit daring, you can try this look for a festival or a Friday night, and you&#8217;ve got to admit, it&#8217;s pretty crazy cool!<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">We used the <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><em>Paint Eye Shadow Palette by Milani<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\">, which is wonderfully pigmented for some seriously saturated color! <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma\"><strong>1<\/strong>. Start with a layer of foundation to act as a primer, but also to help the colors come out truer.
