How to Brighten Eyes in 4 Easy Steps:<\/h2>\n

  1. Start by applying primer\u00a0the over entire lid, followed by a dab of neutral shimmer under the eye. Next, we applied a cream colored\u00a0shadow\u00a0over the entire lid.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Line the upper lid with a white cream shadow or liner, making sure you travel all the way to the inner corner of the eye. Start from the inner corner and line the under lid as well.<\/li>\n
  3. Just in the outer crease of the lid add a little depth with a neutral eye shadow\u00a0and blend.\n<\/li>\n
