  1. Begin by sweeping a matte beige eye shadow\u00a0to the brow bone.<\/li>\n
  2. Create a softened base by applying a light beige to the majority of the upper lid.<\/li>\n
  3. Apply a maroon mineral powder along the crease and outer corner.<\/li>\n
