Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Start by applying a base shade to the center of the lid.<\/li>\n
  2. Add a mauve shadow\u00a0to the crease and outer corner.<\/li>\n
  3. Bring the same eye shadow around and down to the lower lash-line.<\/li>\n
  4. Soften the center of the lid by applying a beige shadow\u00a0below the crease.<\/li>\n
  5. Use the same eye shadow and brush from the previous step to brighten the brow bone.<\/li>\n
  6. Carefully line the upper lash line with a gel liner\u00a0to create the perfect cat eye shape.<\/li>\n
  7. Apply false lashes on the lash-line.<\/li>\n
