Read on for some sweet recs for\u00a0wonderful ways to spend your days.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make the perfect chocolate chip cookie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Like it <a href=\"https:\/\/pinchofyum.com\/the-best-soft-chocolate-chip-cookies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">soft and buttery<\/a>?\u00a0Want\u00a0it a little bit <a href=\"https:\/\/bakerbettie.com\/the-best-chocolate-chip-cookies-a-detailed-tutorial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">crisp<\/a> around the edges? You\u00a0can\u00a0test multiple recipes to find out what works best for you (we volunteer to taste test) and you can learn the <a href=\"http:\/\/time.com\/3179770\/the-science-behind-baking-the-most-delicious-cookie-ever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">science<\/a> of why a cookie takes a certain texture based on how you prepare it. Once you&#8217;ve found the recipe that&#8217;s perfect for your tastes, you can\u00a0practice until you get it just right (we do not necessarily recommend doing that in one weekend, but we&#8217;re not <em>not\u00a0<\/em>recommending it either) and the recipe is memorized.\u00a0It&#8217;s a pretty cool feeling to remember a recipe off the top of your head and be able to make an amazing dessert at a moment&#8217;s notice; plus, it&#8217;s a skill you can use for a lifetime. A Sunday night rundown of the week&#8217;s highlights is one of the most satisfying ways to end the weekend. You can gossip, spill the deets about your latest date, share your ups and downs with work, and\u00a0talk\u00a0about everything in greater detail than through your group chats.
