This is the same concept. Having a friend or even a few friends to do a sober January with keeps you all accountable and provides a <\/span><a style=\"text-decoration: none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lulus.com\/blog\/lifestyle\/7-ways-women-can-empower-other-women\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia;color: #1155cc;background-color: transparent;font-weight: 400;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;text-decoration: underline;vertical-align: baseline\">support system<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;font-family: Georgia;color: #000000;background-color: transparent;font-weight: 400;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;text-decoration: none;vertical-align: baseline\">. It also increases the chances you\u2019ll succeed. Start putting the money you would\u2019ve normally spent at the bar or at the liquor store into an envelope or transfer into a savings account (remember to track the amount), and at the end of the month, buy yourself something special or donate your savings to a cause you\u2019re passionate about.
