On-demand classes are almost like having a personal trainer at your fingertips. No matter how you prefer to get your heart pumping, there\u2019s an option that works for you! Here are some of our current favorites (some are even free!)\u2014offering classes like HIIT, running, cycling, yoga, and more\u2014that will erase that \u201cI can&#8217;t go to the gym<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201d excuse. The workouts will be live-streamed every day at 12pm EST and available for repeat dancing after.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Barry\u2019s Bootcamp<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.barrys.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Barry\u2019s Bootcamp<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is currently helping people stay fit with modified versions of their HIIT workouts. Twice a day, they\u2019ll be hosting 20-minute full-body workouts on their <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/barrys\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instagram account<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. After March 23, 2020, one of the daily workouts will be equipment-free and the other will use <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/shop.barrys.com\/collections\/band-together-fit-kits?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">resistance bands<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>CorePower Yoga<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corepoweryogaondemand.com\/browse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CorePower<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> has a collection of free classes available through their On-Demand platform. Classes range from one to 60 minutes across a variety of levels, and new classes will be added every week.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Planet Fitness<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The gym chain is offering free, daily \u201chome work-ins\u201d on its <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/planetfitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Facebook page<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/planetfitness\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">YouTube channel<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. These trainer-led workouts are 20 minutes each and live-streamed daily at 4pm PST\/7pm EST, but they are also available on-demand afterward.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Rumble<\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.doyourumble.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rumble Boxing<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is bringing boxing-inspired workouts to your home. The studio will be posting cardio and bodyweight workouts daily on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/doyourumble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instagram Live<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Choose between dance, cardio, strength, HIIT, yoga, and pre\/post-natal options. The workouts require no equipment and you can invite friends to exercise with you (or just cheer you on).\u00a0<em>(free, available on iOS and Android)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Peloton<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Peloton is currently extending the 30-day free trial period to 90 days for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onepeloton.com\/app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Peloton App<\/a> (workout options include with or without equipment). This is available in the US, UK, and Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can still get the exciting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onepeloton.com\/digital\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Peloton<\/a> experience without having to invest in a bike or treadmill with Peloton Digital, which has up to 20 live classes daily and thousands more on demand. Choose between cycling, running, yoga, boot camp, stretching, and more. For outdoor runners, Peloton also can track routes and metrics and has an 18-week marathon training program.\u00a0<em>($19\/month)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Fitbit Coach<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitbit.com\/shop\/services\/fitbit-coach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fitbit Coach<\/a> uses your personal Fitbit data to customize a plan for you that includes workouts, content, tips, and more based on your goals. The app has video workouts and audio coaching sessions (you can access them straight from your wrist if you have a Fitbit Ionic watch). You can also choose your own workout soundtrack with Fitbit Radio\u2019s seven different music stations.\u00a0<em>($40 annual subscription, available on iOS and Android)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Aaptiv<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/aaptiv.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Aaptiv<\/a>\u00a0provides trainer-led, audio-based workouts. There are thousands of workouts in the app with 30 new classes added weekly across 12 categories, including outdoor\/treadmill running, strength-training, yoga, and meditation. Try a monthly challenge if you are looking to reach specific goals or a race training program to help get those miles in. There are also visual workout guides for strength-training exercises to show you how to use proper form and which muscles you should be targeting.\u00a0<em>($15\/month or $100\/year, available on iOS and Android)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Tone It Up<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">From now until April 13, 2020, the Tone It Up app is free for new users. Download directly from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/tone-it-up-workout-fitness\/id1252077383\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">App Store<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.toneitup.android&amp;hl=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Google Play Store<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> directly (not through ToneItUp.com\/app).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Work out with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.toneitup.com\/activate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tone It Up<\/a>\u00a0founders Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott wherever you are! Choose from five different themes: fat burn, strength, flexibility, balance &amp; focus, and breathe &amp; relax. <em>(free, available on iOS and Android)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>ob\u00e9<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.obefitness.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ob\u00e9&#8217;s\u00a0<\/a>\u201880s-inspired, pastel-hued classes will automatically put you in a good mood&#8211;and that\u2019s before you even get moving. There are over 14 live classes per day and another 500+ on demand; all of them are under half an hour (28 minutes to be exact) and include full-body workouts such as dance, sculpt, HIIT, yoga, and stretch sessions. <em>($27\/month, available on iOS)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Nike Training Club<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Get your sweat on with workouts inspired or created by Nike master trainers and professional athletes such as Serena Williams and Chloe Kim. You can train by type (endurance, mobility, strength, yoga) or muscle group (abs, glutes, etc.).\u00a0<em>(free, available on iOS and Android)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Glo<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Find your zen with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.glo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Glo<\/a> global network of instructors with pilates, mediation, and yoga classes. Whether you\u2019re a fan of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, or Restorative yoga, there\u2019s a workout to do at home and instructor for you.
