‘Topsy Tail Braid’ Tutorial Steps:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Add texture spray or medium hold hair spray.<\/li>\n
  2. Smooth and gather hair at the crown, secure with a small hair elastic.<\/li>\n
  3. Separate at middle above elastic and flip through, pull on hair for texture.<\/li>\n
  4. Grab a section of hair from either side, secure with a small hair elastic, separate at middle above
    \nelastic and flip through, pull on hair for texture.<\/li>\n
  5. Repeat above step 2 more times.<\/li>\n
  6. Lace leftover face-framing pieces through the ‘braid.’<\/li>\n
  7. Secure scarf scrunchie around elastic and tie a bow.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\"woman\n
