Plus, there’s the ’90s throwback<\/a> factor that just never gets old for us. These accessories don’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon (no complaints here), so to keep things fresh, we turned to our go-to beauty guru, Erin Ryser<\/a>. Ahead, she shows how to wear hair clips in three very different ways–because a babe’s gotta have options.<\/p>\n

1. Pinned Party Pony<\/h2>\n

  1. Gather hair into a mid-height ponytail and secure.<\/li>\n
  2. Pull down face-framing pieces.<\/li>\n
  3. Pull on the hair at the crown for volume.<\/li>\n
  4. Wrap section of hair around the elastic and secure with a bobby pin.<\/li>\n
  5. Add hair pins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Statement Hair Clip<\/h2>\n

    Love letting your strands flow? Here’s how to wear a hair clip simply and<\/em> make a major statement: Just add a bold, oversized option with details like pearls or rhinestones<\/a>. See? We said it was simple!<\/p>\n\"wavy\n

    Instructions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    1. Spray the hair with medium hold hairspray, brush through, and section to curl.<\/li>\n
    2. Curl in sections, then run your fingers through the hair to break up curls<\/li>\n
    3. Tease the hair at the crown for volume, then smooth over the top with a comb or brush.<\/li>\n
    4. Add a hair clip to one side!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
