Scroll on to see how to DIY this double-vision of loveliness!<\/div>\n<h2>Half-Moon Nails With French Tips<\/h2>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-235739\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lulus.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Lulus-winterwhite-3small.jpg\" alt=\"white tip french nails \" width=\"1000\" height=\"1000\" \/>\n<h3>Supplies:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Sheer \u2018nude\u2019 or blush base nail polish (I used OPI\u2019s Bubble Bath)<\/li>\n<li>White nail polish (I used Emilie Heath&#8217;s Half &amp; Half)<\/li>\n<li>Nail art brush or French tip nail art stencils<\/li>\n<li>Matte or satin top coat (I used NCLA&#8217;s Meet Matte)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Start with your favorite sheer base polish and apply up to two coats to a clean nail, waiting a few minutes between each coat. Build the sheer or pinkish base to a couple of layers for slight opacity.<\/li>\n<li>Let the base polish completely dry for about 20 minutes. Your nail art stencils will only work if the polish base has fully dried.<\/li>\n<li>You can either hand paint with a nail art\u00a0brush\u00a0or use french tip nail art stencils to create a deep french on the top of each nail as shown, in the white polish.<\/li>\n<li>After letting the tips dry for five minutes, you can use a push pin, dipped gently in a small puddle of white nail polish, as a dobber to create the circular half-moon design on the base of each nail (as shown in the picture).<\/li>\n<li>Let dry for a few minutes and seal your look with a matte or satin top coat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><strong>Did you try these half-moon nails with French tips?
