1. Visit a national park.<\/h2>\n

Spring break is the perfect time to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and what better way to do this than by visiting a national park. If you live close to one, load up a car with family and friends and enjoy nature<\/a> at its finest.<\/p>\n

2. Pursue a new hobby.<\/h2>\n

You\u2019ve probably had your eye on a passion project for months now but just didn\u2019t have the time. Now that spring break is here, you can freely check out a class for it or watch a YouTube tutorial and start pursuing your passions.<\/p>\n

3. Become a local tourist.<\/h2>\n

No matter how long you\u2019ve lived in a place, there will always be new pockets to discover, new restaurants to try out, and new shows to see. 4. Take a staycation.<\/h2>\n

5. Indulge in a spa day.<\/h2>\n

If there\u2019s one thing you can never go wrong with, it\u2019s a spa<\/a> day. If you\u2019re looking for some real R&R, there\u2019s no better way to get it than through massages, soft music,\u00a0 and a phone that\u2019s switched off.<\/p>\n

6. Watch a show or catch up on your favorite series.<\/h2>\n

You might think Broadway in NYC is the only place with shows worth watching, but nothing could be further from the truth. Many smaller cities have their own local productions either in theaters or through a traveling tour group that can be a ton of fun! Spring break is also a great time to catch up on your favorite TV series that you just haven\u2019t had the time to. It\u2019s a great week to just do Netflix (and chill).<\/p>\n

7. Go on a picnic.<\/h2>\n

Sometimes, it\u2019s the simple things that do the trick. Picnics are a great way to have fun with friends and family while saving money too! Load up a basket with some fresh food and drinks<\/a>, pack some good games, and oh, don\u2019t forget your frisbee!<\/p>\n

8. Plan the ultimate spring break party.<\/h2>\n

Did someone say pot luck? Spring break is the perfect time to play host or hostess and invite a ton of people over for a fun, food-filled pool<\/a> party. Who can resist? Make it a party to remember by throwing in other fun activities such as ping pong or poolside rock climbing.<\/p>\n

9. Read a book.<\/h2>\n

Sometimes unique opportunities may present themselves that may end up being a great deal for you.
