It feels like it\u2019s been ages since I last broke out my grill&#8211;maybe because it <em>has<\/em> been! We officially kicked off summer with these Chili Lime Chicken Tacos the other day. And they hit. the. spot.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-239433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lulus.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/lulus-chili-lime-chicken-tacos1.jpg\" alt=\"chicken for lime tacos\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1500\" \/>\n<p>The marinade for these lime chicken tacos is simple. It&#8217;s just a mix of pantry staples including salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic cloves, olive oil, and lime juice! Add your chicken to this mixture and marinate it at least one hour or up to four hours. Then, grill up your chicken!<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-239436\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lulus.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/lulus-chili-lime-chicken-tacos3.jpg\" alt=\"recipe for lime chicken tacos\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1500\" \/>\n<p>Keep your heat over medium to ensure that you\u2019ll cook the chicken through on the inside without burning it to a crisp on the outside. If it\u2019s cooked through there, there\u2019s a good chance all the chicken is done. Next up is the really fun part: adding toppings!
