When I think of fall drinks, I usually think of a warm drink, steam rising off the top, being enjoyed under the blanket of a starry sky on a chilly autumn<\/a> evening. But who says you have to wait for it to be coat<\/a> weather or dark out to enjoy a fall cocktail–and who says it has to be a hot drink? An Apple Cider Mimosa is the perfect drink for a fall brunch<\/a>! Especially if you happen to live somewhere where the weather hasn\u2019t exactly gotten the memo that it\u2019s fall yet!<\/p>\n\"apple\n

These mimosas are crazy simple to whip up, and I\u2019m sure you\u2019ll be enjoying them for brunch as often as you can this fall! An apple cider cocktail is a simple way to celebrate the season and to feel a little fancy<\/a>, even while we\u2019re brunching at home<\/a>.
