You can, of course, scale the recipe up or down as needed–make a whole pitcher full if you\u2019d like! Or, make a single cocktail for yourself on a weeknight to sip on your porch while watching the sunset (sounds delightful, right?). You don\u2019t need a special occasion<\/a> just to make these mojitos.<\/p>\n

Start by muddling fresh blueberries with freshly squeezed lime juice, torn mint leaves, and a little sugar in the bottom of each glass. Then, top with rum and club soda. Finish it all off with some ice and a sprig of fresh mint!<\/p>\n\"blueberry<\/a>\n

If blueberries aren\u2019t your jam, you can certainly make this with another berry–try blackberries or raspberries instead! And, if you want to turn this into a mocktail, try using your favorite fruity soda in place of the rum. You can also try strawberry, blackberry, or lemon-lime soda instead of blueberry soda.<\/p>\n
