But wait, it gets even better! These delightful ice cream sandwiches are taken to the next level as they are dipped in a velvety cloak of rich, decadent chocolate. The result? A symphony of textures and flavors that will transport you straight to dessert heaven.<\/p>\n

Start by softening your favorite store-bought strawberry ice cream at room temp for a bit. Spread the softened ice cream into a lined sheet pan, and freeze back to solid. Then, slice it to fit your graham crackers. Sandwich the ice cream and dip in melted chocolate. Finish with a chocolate drizzle for a little extra flair, and you\u2019re done! Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich:<\/h2>\n

Prep Time:<\/strong> 30 minutes
\nYield:<\/strong> 12 ice cream sandwiches
\n

Ingredients:<\/h3>\n

4 cups of strawberry ice cream (about \u2154 to \u00be of a standard 1.5 quart tub)
\n12 whole graham crackers
\n8 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate (chopped bars, almond bark, or chips all work)<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Line a 9×13 pan (or similar) with parchment paper. Let ice cream sit out at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.<\/li>\n
  2. Scoop out four cups worth and spread into the prepared pan. Spread it as evenly as you can. Freeze until completely frozen again.<\/li>\n
  3. Slice into pieces that match the size of half a graham cracker.<\/li>\n
  4. Place each ice cream square between two graham cracker halves and place on a lined pan to freeze again.<\/li>\n
  5. Melt chocolate in a medium bowl in the microwave, in 30-second intervals stirring between each.<\/li>\n
  6. Dip ice cream sandwiches halfway into the chocolate, then add a chocolate drizzle on top.<\/li>\n
  7. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for 2-3 weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
