Preheat the oven to 350 F. Using a bowl and mixer, beat together the eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin on medium speed for about two minutes. Scrape down the sides as you go.<\/p>\n<p>2. Thoroughly Mix together all dry ingredients and then slowly combine to wet pumpkin ingredients<\/p>\n<p>3. Lightly spray your cake pan. Then pour the fully mixed mixture into the pan and bake for 28-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cream cheese frosting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4. Add 8 oz room temperature cream cheese to a bowl. Using\u00a0\u00a0a hand mixer, mix for about two minutes until fluffy . Once mixed well, add 1 cup powdered sugar and splash of vanilla and continue mixing until fully whipped. Do not chill if using right away.<\/p>\n<p>5.
