Kennedy Lyons: <\/strong>I am a 23-year-old nursing student and my content focuses on all things hair, beauty, fashion and lifestyle!<\/p>\n

Lulus: And how did you come to partner with Lulus?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> My relationship with Lulus goes way back. I’ve been a fan of Lulus since high school, when I used to save up for their dresses for school dances. I love that Lulus has something for everyone and every occasion.<\/p>\n

Lulus: How do you define your style? <\/b>And has it evolved?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> I don\u2019t believe I have one particular style: I love trying out new styles! Growing up, I thrifted most of my clothes and wore a lot of my dad’s vintage t-shirts, so I would say my style was quite unconventional. Since then, my style has evolved to be more girly and colorful.<\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> I wanted this collection to represent different aspects of my personal style while still being versatile. My favorite piece would have to be the striped high-neck knit top<\/a>!<\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> My favorite fashion hack is adding accessories and chunky shoes to an outfit. One of my go-to outfits is an oversized t-shirt, layered gold jewelry, and ripped jeans with some kind of chunky shoe.<\/p>\n

Lulus: You\u2019re also a full-time nursing student in addition to being a content creator–what made you want to go into nursing?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> I originally applied to the nursing program because I\u2019ve always had a love for anatomy and pathophysiology. I also really liked how broad the profession is; you don\u2019t have to stay in one particular specialty. I didn\u2019t start social media until the end of my first semester–but I chose to stay in the nursing program. Because as cheesy as it might sound, helping people really does make you feel good and deepens your appreciation for life.<\/p>\n

Lulus: Love that. You’ve got a full schedule! How do you balance school and content creation? Do you have any productivity or organization tips for students with a side gig?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL:<\/strong> My best advice is to take it one day at a time–and don\u2019t be afraid to ask people around you for help.<\/p>\n

Lulus: As a nursing student, you always have to wear scrubs. How do you infuse your style into your daily nursing look?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL: <\/strong>I\u00a0love doing fun slick hairstyles with bold hair accessories to incorporate my style and bring some excitement into my nursing scrubs.<\/p>\n

Lulus: You do the cutest hairstyle tutorials–do you have a favorite or go to?<\/b><\/p>\n

KL<\/strong>: My favorite hairstyle would have to be two front braids with a slick back bun.<\/p>\n
