Personal Stylist Lead

Lulus is looking for a creative, driven and stylish individual to join the team as the Personal Stylist Lead. This new position will focus on developing and executing a one-on-one styling experience for Lulus customers, while building genuine relationships and cultivating a passionate fan base through personalized service. The Personal Stylist Lead will oversee a team of personal stylists with the main goal of helping achieve the Lulus mission of delivering customer service beyond expectation by enhancing each customer’s experience through individual attention. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, confident and passionate about all things related to fashion and styling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating a personal styling experience for customers through live chat, telephone and email channels that cultivates an environment of extraordinary service
Hiring and developing personal styling talent who demonstrate company values and brand commitment, while providing ongoing training and recognizing opportunities for growth
Overseeing a team of personal stylists and working in conjunction with customer service representatives to deliver a cohesive brand experience catering to the customer’s styling needs
Leading by example to cultivate an environment of excellent service, commitment to the brand goals and realization of business objectives
Reaching monthly, quarterly and annual goals for elevated service and escalating sales
Developing and maintaining a strong customer base by focusing on strategic sales techniques and strong communication skills
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Reporting performance at both the personal and department level to determine opportunities and areas for improvement
Participating in company meetings and trainings as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Be passionate about fashion and possess an intuitive understanding of seasonal trends, styling recommendations and communicating personal style through clothing
Be focused on the customer and relentless about exceeding their expectations of quality service
Have a strong understanding of the Lulus brand and culture
Be looking for ways to improve and grow the brand and personal styling experience by identifying and articulating innovative ways to reinvent and evolve business practices
Be able to foster collaboration and productivity among a team of diverse employees
Have experience building relationships with customers to reach sales goals and achieve other key performance indicators; a robust client book and/or other supporting materials (sales figures, etc.) are a plus
Understand key business metrics and be able to develop weekly reporting structures to improve processes through data-driven recommendations

REQUIREMENTS
2 years of fashion merchandising, styling, personal shopping, retail or related experience preferred; management experience a plus
Must understand body types, brands, sizing and fit to accommodate a variety of styling preferences
Must have full-time availability, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business tools
Must have a strong understanding of the fashion industry, including key trends, bloggers and social media influencers
Must thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environments
