The Lulus Melrose Bridal Suite Sweepstakes (“the Sweepstakes”) is created and sponsored by Lulu’s Fashion Lounge, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Lulus”), 195 Humboldt Ave., Chico, CA 95928.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Lulus.com website, which are available at https://www.lulus.com/customerservice/termsofuse, incorporated herein by reference, and that your participation will be governed by, and you shall abide by, all of the following rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”) outlined herein. 

1.Eligibility:  The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who: (a) are legal residents of the United States and current residents of the Greater Los Angeles, California area, and (b) will be age 18 years old or older upon the date the individual submits an Entry (defined in section 3 below). Sponsor in its discretion may require a person who submits an Entry (“Participant”) to provide verification of eligibility. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes: current or former (within the immediately preceding 12 months) employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Lulus, and anyone involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, and any member of the immediate family (i.e., a parent, sibling, child or grandchild) or household of any of the foregoing individuals. Lulus will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity or presentation, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status or other characteristic protected by law.

2.Sweepstakes Period:  Entries will be accepted via Instagram starting at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 16, 2025 and ending at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 20, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). 

3.How to Enter (Actions 1-4 together, an “Entry”): 

1. Follow @lulus on Instagram if you do not already follow @lulus; 

2. Follow @lulusweddings on Instagram if you do not already follow @lulusweddings;  

3. Find, like and save the Lulus Instagram post about the Sweepstakes on the @lulus Instagram page; and 

4. Tag a friend in the comments using #lovelulus and #lulussweepstakes (please only tag users you know). 

Maximum Number of Entries Per Person: 1

No Entry shall contain any language or imagery which Lulus deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or that promotes discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Lulus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry that contains any such language or imagery or which otherwise may be in violation of any law. Late, incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all Rules are subject to disqualification. Any form of automated entry, including by the use of macros, scripts or bots, will be disqualified. By entering, you represent and warrant that each Entry complies with these Sweepstakes Rules in full. Lulus reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and/or not accept any Entry that Sponsor determines does not or is likely not to comply with these guidelines. 

All Entries must be posted to Instagram no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 20, 2025. 

4.Odds:  The actual odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

5.Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor, which will be held on or about June 23, 2025 at Sponsor’s office. The Winner will be notified, via direct message to the Instagram account used by Winner to enter. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the winning Entry, as registered with Instagram at the actual time of entry. Lulus shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Winners’ failure to check their Instagram messages, or for emails sent to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 24 hours from the time the award notification was first sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release and W-9 as required, the potential Winner may be disqualified and/or Sponsor may elect to award the prize to another potential Winner drawn at random, as Sponsor may determine in its discretion. Sponsor may in its discretion announce the name of the potential Winner on the Lulus.com website or in other forms of communication. The receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

6.Prizes:  There is one (1) Grand Prize, consisting of a private bridal suite appointment for the Winner and up to five (5) guests at Lulus’ bridal boutique located at 8303 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, California (the “Event”) on an available date to be determined by Winner between June 30, 2025 and July 31, 2025 (the “Appointment Date”). The Appointment Date must be determined and provided to Lulus up to seven (7) business days prior to the desired Appointment Date. The Grand Prize includes (i) one (1) Lulus bridal gown to be chosen by Winner at the Event, not to exceed $400; and (ii) five (5) Lulus bridesmaids dresses to be chosen by the Winner at the Event, not to exceed $150 each. Winner must be in Los Angeles on the Appointment Date. Winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the Event. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is anticipated to be up to $1,150.00.  Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual costs are less than the anticipated ARV. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole d discretion. The Grand Prize is nontransferable. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with winning the Prize.  

7.Possible Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: The Event is subject to, and Sponsor is not responsible for, changes to schedule, exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation. If the Event does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, the Prize will include only $400 in Lulus credit for Lulus.com (“Lulus Credit”), which shall be delivered in the form of four $100 one-time use only promotional codes and subject to the terms and conditions delivered with such promotional codes. Lulus Credit will expire on the date stated in the terms and conditions that accompany the promotional codes.

8.Grant of Rights: By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees, where imposing such condition is legal, to grant Sponsor and its designees the irrevocable, royalty-free right to publish, disseminate, and use the person’s name, likeness, biographical information and city and state of residence without further notice, permission, or consideration, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all media and formats now known or hereafter invented, in connection with the execution and promotion of the Sweepstakes, and will confirm consent to such use in writing upon request.  

9.Terms: Lulus reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Lulus may select the recipients from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Lulus. Lulus reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Sweepstakes Rules.  

10.Limitation of Liability: By entering, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Lulus and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (all of the foregoing, the “Sponsor Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, Event and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited any loss or damage to any Entry, (iii) the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; to the maximum extent allowed by law. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain liability limitations or waivers. If any court determines the law of such a jurisdiction applies, Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. 

11.All Decisions Final: All decisions of Sponsor and Sponsor Parties are final and binding in all respects. 

12.Disputes: THE SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. This Sweepstakes is subject to Lulus’ Terms of Service. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you and Sponsor Parties agree that all disputes between you and Sponsor Parties shall be resolved exclusively by individual, binding arbitration instead of jury trials or class actions, as provided in the Terms of Service. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY: MANDATORY ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU AND SPONSOR PARTIES ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant irrevocably waives, to the greatest extent allowed by law, any right to seek and/or obtain rescission and/or equitable and/or injunctive relief. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST CAPITAL OR OVERHEAD, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13.Miscellaneous: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, and the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who violates these Sweepstakes Rules, tampers with the entry process, and/or acts in any way that would, in any way, discredit or harm the reputation of Sponsor, and/or to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if a Participant engages in fraud or misconduct or other conduct beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts the administration, integrity, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Without limitation of the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes due to any of the following reasons: act of God; unavoidable accident; epidemic; fire; blackout; act of public enemy; war, riot or civil commotion; enactment, rule, order or act of government or governmental instrumentality or tribunal; strike, lockout or other labor dispute; inclement weather; failure of technical facilities; failure of essential production, or technical personnel to appear or be available; or other cause beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, misdelivered, or delayed Entries, or for technical or human errors or failures of any kind in connection with the submission, transmission, processing or selection of Entries or the winning Entry, including without limitation any malfunctions or failures of computer hardware, computer software, networks or telephone equipment or any technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or late, lost, damaged, or postage due mail, or any combination thereof. Caution: Any attempt by a person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize. These Sweepstakes Rules set forth the entire agreement and understanding between Sponsor and Participant concerning the subject matter hereof and merges and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind between them. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any future time to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All notices shall be in writing and shall be delivered to Participant in accordance with instructions contained on the registration form. Participant shall be deemed an independent contractor and nothing contained herein shall constitute this arrangement to be employment, a joint venture, or a partnership. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision contained herein. The titles of Sections of these Sweepstakes Rules are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal effect. The word “including” is used in these Sweepstakes Rules to mean “including but not limited to.” 

14.Name of Winner: Winner’s Instagram handle will be announced on or around June 23, 2025 on the @lulus Instagram account. For the name of the Winner, which will be available two weeks after the Sweepstakes has ended, send a self-addressed and stamped envelope marked with “Lulus Melrose Bridal Suite Sweepstakes” to Lulus, 810 East Pico Boulevard, Suite 401, Los Angeles, CA 90021. 

15.Disclaimer: The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, and in no instance shall Instagram or its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (all of the foregoing, the “Instagram Parties”) be liable for any disputes, claims, causes of action or controversies arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
