When making a return from eligible orders, choose to receive your refund as online credit and we’ll add a $5.95 return label credit to your Lulus account to offset the return shipping fee.

To qualify for the credit, the following requirements must be met:

• You must have or open a Lulus account

• Your original order was not paid entirely with online credit or Klarna

• Select online credit as your refund method when initiating the return

• Limit one return label credit per order

Orders paid entirely with online credit or Klarna are not eligible for the return label credit. 

Online credit cannot be reverted as a credit card refund once it has been issued and used, as it becomes the original form of payment for the order.

Lulus reserves the right to limit or end this offer at any time, entirely or on a per order or per person basis.
