When will my order ship?

Orders with Ground Shipping can take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

What do you charge for Ground Shipping?

Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $5, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Orders shipped via Ground Shipping are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer service if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

2ND DAY AIR
2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $18. All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

3 DAY SHIPPING
3 Day Shipping is a flat rate of $9. All 3 Day Shipping orders confirmed before 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Overnight Shipping is a flat rate of $25. All Overnight orders confirmed before 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following day.

For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $5. Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-918-5858 or love@lulus.com with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico? What does it cost?

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $7. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We email a tracking number when your package ships, and you can track your package at usps.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com.

What are the shipping charges for using the UPS Return Label?

We offer Free Return Shipping if you use our UPS Return Label within 10 days of package arrival date. If your order is postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt, return shipping with the UPS Return Label will be free. If any items are returned after 7 days of receipt, the return shipping charge of $7 will be assessed. You may also ship back the return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records. We can not provide a return label for Hawaii and Alaska.

To save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders in one package as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package.

How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 1-866-918-5858 so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped, UPS charges an $12 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.

What happens if I refuse a package or it is undeliverable?

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a $7 return fee and 15% restocking fee.

Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for a $7 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order. We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason. Am I charged extra for shipping backordered items?

You will be charged shipping and handling only once. There are no additional shipping charges for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are sent via Ground Shipping.
