Bad fit and not allowed to return or exchange
Originally, I ordered the medium of this dress, where returns and exchanges were allowed. It was too large, so I then ordered the small one. The armpit holes are different sizes, and the neck is gaping. Even with these issues, I am not allowed to return or exchange. Very disappointing.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Samantha. Gaping at top
Loveddd this dress so much, but decided to return because the arm holes show my bra, and the neck doesn't really lay flat. Otherwise, it's TTS.
