Perfect fit!
For reference, I'm 5'3" and at the time I bought this dress I was a little under 150lbs and had a 30 inch waist sucking in. I'm now 143lbs, wear a 32C, my waist is 29 sucking in and my hips are 42 inches. I ordered a small a few months ago for my sorority formal and it fit nicely!
