    Not really what I was expecting

    I bought this to wear on my birthday this weekend and I was so disappointed! I got a size small based on the other reviews and I couldn't even get it to close over my shoulders. I was very surprised because none of the other reviews say that it runs small. I almost always wear a small in most brands. Also, the peplum was very stiff and stuck out more than I expected. I would have kept it if it fit but it's too late now to order a different size.
