Beautiful Color!
The color of the dress is exactly like the pic so a beautiful, striking blue. It looked nice but was a bit too loose for me in the midsection so the sequin band hung lower than it should. I ordered a medium & I'm 120 lbs but a small would have been better. The material isn't sheer but the back of the dress does raise up a bit higher than the front.
