Fit or Miss

Ordered this item to wear with high waisted jeans. It works well in that you don't have to keep tucking it in, however the fit of the sleeves is weird. I am 5"4 125 lbs with a relatively athletic build I ordered a size small and the fit was great everywhere but the sleeves. It hits in the wrong place on my arm and almost appears to be too small.
