    Ummm Yes but No...

    Took a chance and sized up and was SO glad I did... The skirt is adorable, but the picture is slightly misleading UNLESS my skirt is defective- the belt does not loop in the back, it's just flapping around willy nilly. There is a button on the inside that the skirt attaches to and I knew looking at it, it'd bust and I was right- skirt fits fine but the stitching and button was so loose, it broke off when I tried it on.
