Two rows of incredibly soft white ruffles climb gently from back right hem, and up over one shoulder to wrap around front of bodice and down left side of skirt front. Ruching at front left and back right of skirt creates a billowy look on par with the heavens! No-slip strip and hidden side zipper/hook clasp. Fully lined and slightly sheer.
