Summer is here and Imogen, Tabby, Faran, Noa, and Mouse are facing a fate worse than death: summer school. The Millwood girls are once again being put to the test in Pretty Little Liars: Summer School, streaming May 9 only on Max–and schoolwork isn’t their only enemy. A new villain, who may or may not have a connection to A, is coming to town, threatening to get in the way of the liars’ fun summer jobs and new love interests. Their style, however? Well, luckily, that remains unharmed.
“This year, these girls have truly come into their own,” says Pretty Little Liars: Summer School costume designer Charlotte Svenson, “They’re embracing their unique spirits, radiating that summer joy and youthful vibe in playful, campy, colorful looks”

“Imogen is our Cottagecore, soft feminine dream,” says Svenson. “She has a keen eye for retro fashion and effortlessly incorporates vintage pieces into her modern wardrobe, creating looks that are both nostalgic and fresh.” To get her vintage-inspired vibe, look for romantic staples like delicate lace, florals, pastels, and cozy sweaters.
“Tabby is our edgy girly. She loves all things menswear-inspired, patterns, and 70’s UK fashion. Accessories play a key role in Tabby’s style, adding a touch of edge to her outfits,” says Svenson. To channel your inner Tabby, shop pieces like pinstriped suiting separates and muscle tees, as well as loafers, chunky jewelry, and sleek, polished bags and belts.
“She is our 70’s vintage girl mixed with all vintage athletic vibes. Noa’s color palette is Americana vibes mixed with 70’s earth tones,” says Svenson. Think denim, throwback sneakers, and athletic socks, as well as ribbed knits, plaid skirts, and gold jewelry.
According to Sevenson, “Faran is everything rolled up into one; a true powerhouse girl who can do it all. She excels in everything she does, including being fashion-forward. She is our Y2K queen who loves crop tops, loud colors like purple, teal and metallics and playful accessories.” Early-aughts options like mesh tube tops, rosette chokers, clear vinyl handbags, and more will instantly add the Faran factor to your look.
“Mouse is our quirky queen. She embraces a mix of vintage-inspired pieces with modern twists, creating a look that is uniquely her own,” says Svenson. “Mouse’s wardrobe is eclectic and colorful, featuring bold prints, playful patterns, and unexpected combinations. She loves items made from unconventional materials!” To get Mouse’s eccentric aesthetic, shop pieces like pink raffia platform sandals and lime green pleated pants–you get the idea.
