Hooray for tailgate season! Whether you’re a major football fan or you’re just there for the socializing, there’s no denying that getting together with friends to cheer on your team is one of the most fun things about fall. Along with team spirit, you’re going to need an outfit to take you through game day that’s weather appropriate, comfy, and of course ultra stylish. You know, tailgating — but make it fashion.

Flip the script on the classic sweatshirt by going for an off-the-shoulder version in athletic-inspired grey. With a frayed denim skirt, animal print sneakers, and a convertible crossbody that can be worn as a belt bag, you’ll hit the perfect combo of casual and cute. Top it all off with mirrored sunglasses that add a hint of color to the mix.
Blooming Babe
If the temps are still warm where you are (hello, California), short floral overalls are pretty and practical: Pair them with a short sleeve striped top for a fun pattern mashup. Red sunglasses pop the color palette and platform sneakers give you a little lift (in a walkable way). Double up on stripes by tying a silky scarf to your bag or looping it around your hair.
