When I think of fall drinks, I usually think of a warm drink, steam rising off the top, being enjoyed under the blanket of a starry sky on a chilly autumn evening. But who says you have to wait for it to be coat weather or dark out to enjoy a fall cocktail–and who says it has to be a hot drink? An Apple Cider Mimosa is the perfect drink for a fall brunch! Especially if you happen to live somewhere where the weather hasn’t exactly gotten the memo that it’s fall yet!
