Creating Christmas ice cubes is a breeze! First, gather your ingredients: slices of oranges, vibrant pomegranate seeds, plump cranberries, and fragrant rosemary.  Then, grab a cupcake tin—it’s the secret behind this brilliant idea!  Fill each cupcake space with your chosen combination of these merry elements. Mix and match for a variety of cubes—I’m talking oranges with pomegranates, a blend of oranges, cranberries, and rosemary, or perhaps the duo of pomegranates and rosemary. See just how easy it is ahead!

Holiday Ice Cubes

Ingredients:

  • Orange Slices
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Cranberries
  • Rosemary
  • I used water for these, but you could totally use orange juice or cranberry juice instead of water!

Instructions:

  1. Place the tray flat in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Remove from the freezer and quickly run the bottom and top of the cupcake tray under warm water to loosen them from the tray. Tap the tray onto a kitchen towel and watch them quickly slide out.
  3. Store in a Ziplock or Tupperware and keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to use them!

Voilà! With this easy-peasy method, you’ve got a freezer full of holiday ice cubes waiting to sprinkle some festive magic into your drinks whenever the celebration calls. Cheers to spreading joy—one chilled glass at a time!
