Looking For Easy Non-Alcoholic Drink Recipes? Try a Raspberry Lemon Sorbet Mocktail

People love cocktails and the flavor profiles that can develop by mixing different ingredients. But if you don’t want, can’t drink, or don’t have alcohol, then fear not! Mocktails can be just as fun and delicious—or even more so—than alcoholic cocktails! Not to mention the fact that mocktail recipes can be simple and easy, just like this one.

If you’re looking for a fruity mocktail, our raspberry lemon sorbet mocktail is a perfect choice!  This pretty berry-hued drink is a great option for every occasion from date nights to bridal showers and baby showers. It’s refreshing and strong, tart and sweet, and alcohol-free.

The ingredients are simple and tasty, so feel free to add the supplies below to your grocery list and make this lemon mocktail for Easter, Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day, or any other occasion where you (and your besties) are looking for an easy recipe.

Raspberry Lemon Mocktail:

Ingredients

Here’s a quick and easy list of the ingredients you’ll need for today’s mocktail:

  • Lemons
  • Sparkling cider
  • Raspberries
  • Raspberry sorbet (we used Talenti)

Instructions

  1. Add a slice of lemon to the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add two scoops of raspberry sorbet on top of the lemon.
  3. Add raspberries on top of the raspberry sorbet. You can add as many or as few as you want, but we prefer four to six.
  4. Add sparkling cider to the glass. Again, you can add as much or as little as you like, but we like to fill without overflowing.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice or two. You can squeeze these in for some extra lemon zest, or just leave them as a decoration. That’s entirely up to you.
  6. Grab a straw and enjoy your raspberry lemon sorbet mocktail!
