Is there anything more refreshing in the warmer months of the year than sipping on an ice-cold drink? Only when it’s a frozen slushie, of course. On Mother’s Day (and honestly, the rest of the summer, too) celebrate with this delicious, easy, peach frosé recipe!

Because no matter who you’re honoring–your own mom or mother figure, grandma, aunties, besties, or otherwise–this cocktail is an instant brunch upgrade. And never fear: Peach frosé isn’t a sticky, sickly sweet kid’s slushie. It’s totally grown-up and fancy, but still so simple to make!

All you’ll need is a bottle of your favorite rosé wine or even a peach Moscato! Pour that into an ice cube tray, reserving some for blending with the ice. Once your frosé ice cubes are ready, add them to a high-powered blender with the reserved wine, and add frozen peach slices. Blend everything together until you have a nice thick frozen drink. (Note: I used a peach wine from Trader Joe’s called Love Olivia and it was so delicious and inexpensive!)

Just pour your frosé mixture into glasses (you can even chill your glasses beforehand to help keep the drinks nice and cold, especially if it’s a particularly warm day) and serve each with a sprig of mint or even a fresh peach slice on the rim. (Sidenote: Is anyone else anxiously awaiting the arrival of fresh peach season?)

As always, this recipe can be cut in half or scaled up as needed to serve the number of people you are entertaining. I’ve also included a non-alcoholic option in the recipe notes below for those who prefer a mocktail. Whether you’re making these as Mother’s Day drinks or just-for-fun summer cocktails, I hope you enjoy them with good weather and even better company. Scroll on for the recipe–and happy sipping!
