A peach mango smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast to whip up during the hottest days of summer! It requires virtually no effort and does absolutely nothing to heat your house up. If you’re like me, you can hardly even stand the thought of hot food during those extra warm, humid days. So swap out your usual morning eggs for this refreshing smoothie bowl instead.
So what is a smoothie bowl made of? Well, whatever you want, for the most part. For this bowl, we’re blending up frozen mango, peaches, your favorite type of milk, and honey to make the creamiest smoothie bowl ever.
Why eat a smoothie in a bowl rather than in a glass, you ask? Toppings, I say! Toppings are such a fun way to dress up your smoothie bowl for a beautiful and satisfying breakfast. I topped my smoothie bowl with fresh peach and mango slices, fresh raspberries, coconut chips, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey.
I mean, how can you even resist this beautiful bowl? Bonus: It’s not just beautiful and delicious, it’s healthy and filling, too.
To be clear, though, you don’t have to wait for breakfast just to enjoy this delicious treat. It makes a great on-the-go snack or even a healthy treat on a hot summer evening. I mean, a smoothie is basically just a healthier milkshake, right? Right. So jump on board the smoothie bowl train this summer, friends. Scroll on for the full recipe–and happy blending!
