And while you enjoy your favorite ice cream or popsicles, why not treat your four-legged bestie to something equally delicious and healthy? Here, get two homemade pupsicle recipes–blueberry and peanut butter banana—specifically crafted for your baby doggos.

Ahead, I’ll guide you through the simple steps of creating these canine-friendly frozen delights. Packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with natural flavors, these pupsicles are not only a great way to keep your furry friends cool but also provide them with nourishment and enjoyment during those hot summer days.

Whether your furry friend is a fan of berries or goes crazy for the creamy goodness of peanut butter, these homemade frozen treats will undoubtedly become a staple in your dog’s summer routine. Blueberry Pupsicles

Ingredients:

⦁ 1 cup Blueberries
⦁ 32oz Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
⦁ ½ Cup Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to the popsicle molds. I used these adorable Paw Molds and added a few milk bone treats to the mixture for a fun crunchy surprise for my pup.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours.
  4. Once frozen, cover the back side of the popsicle in Greek yogurt and sprinkle crushed milk bones on the back of the popsicle. Add back to the freezer for 15 minutes then serve to your pup!

Peanut Butter & Banana Pupsicles

Ingredients:

⦁ 1 Large ripe Banana
⦁ 3 – 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Peanut Butter
⦁ 32oz Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
⦁ ½ Cup Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add mixture to popsicle molds. I used these adorable popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours or until hard.
  4. Once frozen, dip the top of the popsicle in peanut butter and sprinkle crushed milk bones or add mini milk bones. Add back to the freezer for 15 minutes then serve to your pup!

Disclaimer: These can get a bit messy so make sure to let your dog enjoy them outside!
